Our Philosophy

Healing shouldn't be a luxury.

After a marriage ends, what most women need isn't a passport stamp or a wellness brand. It's a real place to land. Real meals. Real quiet. Real company. Kindled Sol was built to be exactly that.

Close enough to reach

We host within a half-day's drive of major US cities so women don't have to choose between healing and the demands of real life.

Far enough to disconnect

Each location is rural, quiet, and intentionally off-grid enough that the noise begins to fall away by the first night.

Small by design

Never more than twelve women. Enough to make a circle, small enough that no one gets lost in it.

Without performance

No hashtags, no curated transformation arcs. Just honest practices, honest conversation, and honest rest.

"I didn't need to be fixed. I needed to remember who I was before I was someone's wife — before I was a story of loss. I found her here, in the quiet."
